“Fixed order appointments were key at this edition of Gallery FASHION & Shoes and its accompanying Showroom Concept at the Areal Böhler. Of course we were delighted with the overall level of interest shown, but we still need to increase visitor frequency again at Gallery and in Düsseldorf in general. Retailers need to be able to find all kinds of inspiration and place orders in person. This is the only way forward for us all. In accordance with this are our new accompanying line-ups featuring industry leaders and valuable input focused on all the relevant, pressing issues for the future.”

Formats will also be merged in the future

The special format with the joint presentation for fashion, shoes and accessories at the same time was positively received by the industry. The concept serves as a blueprint for us, so that in 2021 we plan to transfer the format to the four usual trade fair dates per year – but with the respective weighting per date (January & July FASHION and March & September SHOES).

Be it fashion, shoes or accessories, we present brands in an up-to-date manner and appropriate to the genre so as to optimally convey their individual image.
